Quick note about impressions on North Korea

Hey there! Good to see you have this page. I must say that North Korea has impacted me more than any other place I’ve been. I´ve been thinking about the place ever since I left. As soon as you arrive at the airport you really do get the impression that you’ve gone back in time in 50 years or so.

It was refreshing to see hardly any ads and seeing so much political propaganda is certainly not something I am used to.

The DMZ was certainly a highlight and knowing that there is a completely different world just a few kilometers south the road…

Going again is something on my list of things to do and hopefully I will go when the mass games are on!
