Please remember that you can always join a group tour and combine it with a private tour. You can for example have a private tour extension once the group tour ends or, if you prefer you can do a private tour first and then meet the group when they arrive in Pyongyang and join the group tour then. The cost of your private tour extension will depend on the number of people you are doing this.
