Join the 2025 Pyongyang Marathon!

Hello we hope that this email finds you well!

This is all very last minute, but Koryo Tours, with whom we’ve worked in the past arranging marathon tours, have announced that they will be accepting bookings for the Pyongyang Marathon that will be held on 6th April 2025.

Unlike in the past, these tours are not arranged via the DPRK tourism authorities, so unfortunately, we cannot customise the itinerary as we have always done. There are two 5-night options, flight both ways.

All bookings are to be made via Koryo Tours not via KTG. Please note that KTG is not responsible for any aspects of this trip. We just think it is a great opportunity for you to be the first in going to Pyongyang in over 5 years and to join an event as exciting as the Pyongyang Marathon.

Say that you have been referred to by KTG when booking your tour and we will offer a free private transfer service from the airport in Beijing to your hotel in Beijing (either after or before your trip) or meeting point in Beijing (whichever you prefer) and a 5% discount on any of KTG's tours in North Korea, Turkmenistan or Dandong. Just let us know once you have applied and once you are confirmed to join!
